Nature of the Service
Clark County Released Inmates organizes links and instructions for finding Clark County and Missouri jail, court, release, supervision, and corrections resources. It may also connect visitors with outside research tools. The site does not store official records, confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request or court document for a visitor.
Acceptable Use Rules

Clark County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. A visitor agrees not to use the material for hiring or firing, tenant or housing decisions, creditworthiness, insurance pricing, licensing or government-program eligibility, or any other purpose governed by the FCRA.

These terms may be revised at any time. A new version takes effect when posted. Access to all or part of the site may also be limited, suspended, or ended at any time, for any lawful reason, without advance notice.
Missouri Law Controls
Missouri law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Missouri.
If One Term Fails
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be adjusted only as much as needed. All remaining provisions will continue in effect.
